Lisa Knapp & Oliva Trencada Concerts in la Petita

We maintain the complicity with Folk You!, which has already established itself as one of the must-see events on the Mallorcan musical scene, a festival that brings the best of Anglo-Saxon folk music to our island. This year, Folk You! will close its fourth edition with a double concert by the host group Oliva Trencada and the British girl Lisa Knapp, which will be their only performance in Spain. Oliva Trencada, the group led by Pep Toni Ferrer that plays folk with exact doses of traditional Mallorcan music and elements of pop music, will open the concert and announce the work on the new album. Lisa Knapp, who since her debut in 2007 has done nothing but grow her prestige in the folk circuits of the United Kingdom, will offer a performance with Gerry Diver, where they will combine common instruments like the violin and music with electronic devices.
