José Carlos Llop

One of our most renowned writers, José Carlos Llop, is making his playwriting debut by giving a voice to the most popular lover of Archduke Ludwig Salvator: Catalina Homar. An almost taboo name, a figure that has always been considered secondary and someone that practically lacks a biography. The acclaimed Mallorcan actress Catalina Solivellas is the women who brings this other Catalina to life, in a tour de force that promises truth, emotion and memory.

The work incorporates and explores the obsession to make, build and occupy the time of human beings, ignoring "being present", "being". The creation of an idea, but without feeling it. En Construcción is nourished by the previous piece, Amigo. Emilio Roig builds, then experiments and therefore stays trapped in the experience, all this, because he does not know that the source of everything is within him.

Tales of the body

AuMents

This show by AuMents, inspired by the memory of the body, is built from human landscapes and from images that have inhabited us internally. In Tales of the body several scenic languages are played with, creating a break with the patterns of space and typical  movements, which allow the creation of a new choreographic proposal

Las Muchísimas

Mariantònia Oliver

After creating 15 shows, Las Muchas premiered in 2012, a performance that started a line of investigation working with bodies that didn’t come from the world of dance. Based on this experience, the Teatre Principal, along with Mariantònia Oliver, wanted to create a show dedicated to all of them, Las Muchísimas. Seventeen women aged between 61 and 75 from various nationalities, who with daring and dedication have embarked on a theatre project based on collaboration. A theatrical experiment, a shock, a bold exploration of their own bodies, their habits, joys and sorrows, vices, caresses, of love, scars... and of happiness.

Sergio Baos

La classe offers a journey through the life of two friends, two adolescents that share a desk at school who we will follow throughout practically all of their lives. La classe is a work that deals with many themes, all of which are present in our lives. It talks about the friendship between two men, as we gradually discover a whole series of secrets they are surrounded by, secrets that any of us could have.

Circ Bover

Sentinel is a small island that is home to a tribe that remains there without impacting on our civilization. It is a community that is deeply bound to the nature surrounding it. We are not welcome on Sentinel because modern man makes ambitious strides forward without looking where he tramples, and without understanding resources or balance, unaware that nature is supreme and that one day it will rebel.

1'28 is the proposal of Raquel Klein from Ibiza, in which, through purely geometric forms, it invites creative research through emptiness and neutrality, ignoring that material used to opt for that which is subtle, which little by little flourishes into being.
