The difficulties in accessing decent housing have
generated a whole range of new ways of living together and this has generated
new forms of human interrelations. #Comviure talks about all of this but
also discusses the fear of loneliness, the influence of social media, Spain’s
tourism model, poverty, memory, evictions and the gentrification of
neighbourhoods and a new dictatorship that’s as extensive as it is silent, the
dictatorship of happiness. It interacts closely with Cases, which you can see in the Sala Petita. And, as its creators
say, #Comviure “is not a comedy, nor
a drama nor a tragedy. It is none of these three things and it is all of them.
Just like life!”
