Pablo Messiez is one of the key figure theatres of the moment. As a director he made an impact on us with La piedra oscura. After that great success, he has continued to offer us exceptional shows. One of them is Todo el tiempo del mundo, written by him, showing an endless sensibility. Messiez delves into his own biography to reflect on the traps and fictions of memory. He explains the story of his godfather, the owner of a women´s shoe shop in Adrogué, the province of Buenos Aires. He always knew that his mother was not his biological mother but he did not explain it, not even to his daughter, the mother of Messiez. Unearthing these memories has shown the author and Argentine director that the past is as mysterious as the future.
